Data we process
We process the data you voluntarily send through the form or by email: name, company, work email, information about your sales team and message. We may also process minimal technical browsing data and aggregated analytics if you accept Google Analytics 4.
Form submissions
The contact form is processed through Web3Forms as a technical provider. Data is used only to receive the enquiry and reply to it.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to answer enquiries, prepare a commercial diagnosis, maintain pre-contractual communications and improve the website. The legal basis is your request, legitimate interest in answering it and, for analytics, explicit consent.
Retention and recipients
We keep data for as long as needed to answer the enquiry or maintain the commercial relationship. We do not sell personal data. Technical providers for hosting, forms, email and analytics may be involved under the applicable safeguards.
